Items of interest

Carol and I have remained quite active over the years, until recently. We both enjoy camping and bowling, hunting and fishing, but for the past two years have not been able to do these things because of my health.

Best turkey I ever cooked was on this grill. Sorry, we ate it all.

This critter weighted in at 18 pounds, 8 ounces. We cooked it on the grill. We had pieces of bacon draped over the breast, and basted with butter and lemon juice. It was pretty darn good.

And of course a friendly game now and then

It sure is hard to try to put names to faces.

Carol has become quite an avid Bingo player and likes to spend time with her cousins. They play

bingo, cards, and like to shop together.

I am a life member of Meade Allen VFW Post 2306 here in Beloit, a life member of the Military Order of the Cooties Pup Tent 10, a life member of the VFW National Home, and also a member of the Beloit Cosmopolitan Club where I have been Secretary for the past 10 years. I also enjoy doing things on the computer (it some times kicks my behind). It has been a life saver while I have been able to do nothing else during this illness

I enjoy taking pictures and even like to goof around now and then like I did at the Clinton town parade and trying to "title" them.
